This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with MORGAN CREATIONS LLC through this website.

For clarity, MORGAN CREATIONS LLC is the legal seller. All products are made, prepared, and shipped from Spain.

1. Processing Time

All products are made to order.

The standard processing time is 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing time refers to the period required to create, prepare, and pack your order prior to shipment. This timeframe does not include shipping or delivery time.

During high-demand periods, holidays, or large/custom orders, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via DHL Express unless otherwise specified.

To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide:

  • full and accurate shipping address;
  • valid phone number;
  • complete recipient details.

Shipping to PO boxes is not supported.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

Typical DHL Express delivery times:

  • Europe: approximately 1–3 business days
  • United States: approximately 2–5 business days
  • Rest of world: approximately 3–7 business days

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or local logistics disruptions.

4. International Shipping and Customs

All orders are shipped internationally from Spain.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local import regulations prior to placing an order.

International shipments may be subject to:

  • import duties;
  • customs duties;
  • VAT or GST;
  • brokerage fees;
  • clearance fees;
  • or other taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by MORGAN CREATIONS LLC.

5. U.S. Orders – Duties and Taxes

All orders shipped to the United States are sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

This means:

  • import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price;
  • such charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

MORGAN CREATIONS LLC does not collect or calculate these charges and has no control over their amount.

U.S. customs authorities determine all applicable import costs.

6. Sales Tax (United States)

U.S. sales tax (state tax) is separate from customs duties.

Sales tax may be automatically collected at checkout by payment platforms (such as Shopify, PayPal, or other processors) depending on the delivery state.

These taxes are unrelated to import duties and are handled independently by the payment platform.

7. Customs Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or inspection.

Customs processing times vary by country and may significantly impact delivery time.

8. Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is:

  • refused by the customer;
  • not collected;
  • abandoned;
  • or returned due to non-payment of customs duties, taxes, or fees;

the customer is responsible for all resulting costs, including:

  • original shipping costs;
  • return shipping costs;
  • customs duties and taxes;
  • carrier fees;
  • storage or handling charges.

Any refund issued will be reduced by all such costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

9. Risk of Loss and Delivery

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions.

Customers are responsible for:

  • tracking their shipment;
  • responding to carrier requests;
  • completing any required customs procedures;
  • being available to receive the delivery.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. Any claims for lost or stolen packages after delivery must be handled with the carrier.
