This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from MORGAN CREATIONS LLC through this website.

For clarity, MORGAN CREATIONS LLC is the legal seller. Products may be created, packed, and shipped from Spain.

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return request period. This means you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return.

Return requests submitted after this period may be refused, except where required by applicable law.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be in the same condition in which it was received;
  • be unused, unworn, and unaltered;
  • include any original tags, accessories, and packaging;
  • be accompanied by proof of purchase or order information.

Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Authorization Procedure

If your return request is accepted, we will provide return instructions, including the return delivery details.

The customer may choose the shipping carrier for the return shipment. A tracked shipping method is strongly recommended. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit back to us.

4. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be received in original resale condition.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if an item is returned:

  • used;
  • worn;
  • damaged after delivery;
  • altered;
  • incompletely packaged;
  • or not in its original condition.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by law:

  • custom-made items;
  • personalized items;
  • made-to-order items created specifically for the customer;
  • sale items;
  • gift cards;
  • used, damaged, or altered items.

Because many of our products are handmade, hand-finished, hand-painted, or individually produced, slight variations in color, texture, gloss, finish, shape, or detail compared to product photos are normal and shall not be considered defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, photos, and any care instructions before placing an order.

6. Handmade and Decorative Nature of Products

Our products are handmade decorative, artistic, collectible, costume, prop, display, or accessory items unless expressly stated otherwise.

Due to the handmade nature of the products, minor variations from listing photographs may occur. Such variations are inherent to handmade work and are not grounds for return, refund, or replacement.

7. Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom-made, personalized, or specially commissioned items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or materially defective.

Once work has begun on a custom order, cancellation may not be possible.

8. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Returns sent with shipping charges billed to us, cash on delivery, unpaid duties, or similar arrangements will not be accepted.

9. Customs, Duties, Import Taxes, and Refused Deliveries

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, VAT, GST, or similar charges imposed by the destination country, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

If a customer refuses to pay customs charges, import taxes, duties, or other delivery-related charges, or otherwise refuses or fails to collect the parcel, the customer remains responsible for all resulting costs, including but not limited to:

  • original shipping charges;
  • return shipping charges;
  • customs charges;
  • import taxes and duties;
  • carrier handling fees;
  • storage fees;
  • and any other charges incurred as a result of the refusal or return.

Any refund issued in such circumstances will be reduced by all such costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to request a return for the original item, if eligible, and place a new order separately once the return has been accepted.

Because our items are handmade decorative goods, we do not provide warranty coverage for issues arising from:

  • improper use;
  • overloading;
  • misuse;
  • accidental damage;
  • modification;
  • normal wear;
  • improper storage;
  • or failure to follow product care instructions.

Nothing in this policy excludes any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
